I am thinking of booking with this independent travel operator. Does anybody have any experience of the group or recommendations ?

If you are booking a cruise there are loads of travel agents who specialise in cruising and have been in business for around 20 years- I would go with a company that has the experience .
Two spring to mind- dealt with both- Ocean World & ROL (Readers Offers) others are Cruise Select, Bolsover Cruise club, Liverpool Cruise club.........Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

They appear to have been trading since 2013, they operate from an apartment block in the centre of Harrow and have one shareholder with a share capital of £1, so 'small' may be an appropriate title for them. They do not hold their own ATOL nor are a member of ABTA but they are a member of the Global Travel Group which may protect you if the person running it disappears!0

You'd be able to buy that itinerary with any other travel agent or cruise specialist.
As well as the ones that KatieHound mentioned, Cruise Kings are another reputable cruise specialist - I've been using them for several years.
I've never heard of Kreative.Early retired - 18th December 2014

Kreative don't run the cruises they only sell other companies cruises.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
Yes, i have. Much of a muchness.
Will stick with Kreative. They ARE ATOL protected so shouldn't be any issues.
Just surprised no-one has had experience - good or bad !!0
