Internet PO Savings application Problem

I have tried to complete PO Instant Savings account via my my PO internet service, which took me to a secure application form.
The tick boxes for opting-out of marketing are greyed-out & cannot be selected, though everything else is selectable.
I would like to know if anyone else has found this an issue.
I have raised this with the PO, but would like to know if savings application forms that cannot de-select marketing contravene consumer protection leglisation?

Sorry, I can't help with your particular issue.
However, if you read around the forum you will find numerous threads about a variety of problems with PO savings accounts. Many would say you should avoid them;)0
