Jawbone up 24

I have a jawbone which is fantastic for me as it helps me wake up in the morning as im deaf. the vibration helps me.

Anyways I noticed this morning that my jawbone has split on the rubber case and it is less than a year old.

What could they do for me if anyone knows?

What the seller is prepared to do depends on how the damage occurred.

If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault, then the seller should provide a remedy, but it the damage is due to your misuse or carelessness, then the seller has no obligation to put things right.
The seller does have the right to ask you to prove that the problem is due to an inherent fault.

Ah... now you have the added problem of deciding who the seller is.
