Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

Entrants must listen to the relevant radio station to hear the text code and number to send to or locate it on the radio station’s website.
ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

• The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry.
• Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants (at its sole discretion) if it has grounds to believe entrants have breached any of these competition terms.
• In the event of any fault, misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winners, or the operation of any technical/communications system, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into in this regard.
• Only entries received in accordance with these terms will be accepted.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the Competition details and running times should circumstances beyond our control lead to a change in the programming output.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS
Entrants must text a word to the corresponding number as stated on-air by the Presenter, in the promotional trails or displayed online on the relevant radio station’s website. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the number they text is the exact one referenced on-air and online for the competition they wish to enter.

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS
Winners will be chosen at random and must be available to answer the phone between 15.00 and 17.00 on Monday 1st February 2016. We will attempt to ring you twice and if you do not answer you will forfeit the prize.

Each winner will be announced on-air on Monday 1st February 2016 during the 17:56 ad break.

• The winner will receive a 7 night package holiday (or 15 night Mediterranean Cruise) with Thomas Cook to the specified destination only.
• The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
