UK Parking Control: County court Business Centre

Hi
I have a number of parking tickets from UKPC Ltd that following advice from several threads I decided to ignore, this then lead to to the 'Small Claims Solicitors' letters coming through, which again I decided to ignore following peoples advice. This has now progressed into receiving a Claim Form from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton.
The letter gives me 14 days to reply with the following options:
Admission form - Admitting all whole amount and paying.
Admission and defence form - Admitting part the claim amount.
Defense form - To dispute the whole amount.
Acknowledgment form- Giving extended time to reply.
Can anyone advise me on the best course of action here please...??
Thank you

You obviously didn't come to this site when you got the tickets because the advice here has been "do not ignore" since Otober 2012.
Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES section about court. Buy the Parking-Pranksters court guide from his website. Very cheap and very good I'm told.
Acknowledge the court papers and say you are going to defend. You will need to read up on how to do this pronto.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Where are you getting this advice from ?
You have seriously messed up.
You have two choices, pay or fight.
The Ignore option will result in a automatic CCJ.
They do lose most court cases.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

Acknowledge within 14 days of the date on the claim.
Send in a comprehensive but not necessarily detailed defence covering the main points within 28 days of the date on the claim.
Send a Part 18 request for further and better particulars to SCS with a copy to UKPC.
Send a letter to the BPA aos@britishparking.co.uk saying you are giving them notice of a claim against them if it is found in court, they have been negligent in their supervision of UKPC, especially if any of the "evidence" is found to be falsified. (UKPC have form).

Whilst the decision is yours in how to handle the claim, my advice would be to acknowledge service of the claim, tick the box 'intending to defend in full' (leave the defence box clear) and extend the time to research and submit a defence.
Please note that when you do submit the defence it must cover briefly all the points you intend to rely on (these can be expanded later).
How many tickets do you have?
@ The Deep research is great but the OP needs to deal with the court papers first.
(btw you seem to have a sudden thing for Tracey Kiss - she has been around for some time .....)0 -
and .......
where did the dastardly parking take place ?
ie what sort of car park?

Might be a silly question, but ... you ARE living in England /Wales, yes? (I wouldn't put it past UKPC to file a claim via Northampton against a Scottish resident).0

Defence examples are linked in the NEWBIES thread post #1 where it mentions small claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
