A good state of repair? Home Insurance

Hi all
Trying to arrange home insurance before exchange. My survey has listed internal cracks to be repaired as a '3' urgent need. There are 4/5 small cracks in walls due to roof settlement non progressive which I will be getting repaired/plastered.
Insurers ask is the property in a good state of repair? Is it ok to answer yes, it's more cosmetic than anything.
Any issues here?
Thanks

I sent admiral my survey to ensure they were happy with the slight settlement issue which they are but have sent on to underwriters due to the good state of repair question as the surveyor put to fix internal cracks as category 3. So not sure if I should get insurance elsewhere if they decline and select yes (for good state of repair)as its only a few internal cracks which I intend to plaster over. It's an 80 year old house!0

It's fine, they talking about serious disrepair, not minor things which you're about to sort anyway.0
