• The competition closes on 31 January 2016.
• Entry is open to all UK residents over 18 years of age.
• Only one entry per person can be accepted.
• Winners may be required for publicity activities.
• The prize draw will take place on 1 February 2016. The winner will be notified by email and provided flight vouchers along with information how to book.
• The prize flight must be taken on Friday 12 February 2016 (LTN-WAT) and Sunday 14 February 2016 (WAT-LTN).
• The prize includes two tickets. Transfer to the hotel. Two nights at Waterford Castle (breakfast and one dinner included. Mini bar, bar tap and drinks excluded).
• The prize consists of one outbound and one inbound flight from London Luton Airport (LTN) to Waterford Airport (WAT) only.
• The return flight must be Sunday 14 February 2016.
• You will fly on selected dates and times.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Winner is responsible for their own passport and visa requirements and the passport and visa requirements of any person who travels with them.
• Additional costs such as travel insurance, etc. are not included in the prize.
• All flights are subject to aircraft, crew and slot availability at the chosen airports.
• VLM Airlines will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays due to operational circumstances beyond their control i.e. weather, industrial disputes, airport closures, etc.
• Normal conditions of carriage apply. 18. EC regulation 261/2004 does not apply on prize winning tickets.
