    Clearly most of the people on FB who were "threatening" sky with the asa and deep trouble had never looked/read other rulings.

    The standard "punishment" after an upheld ruling is effectively "don't do it again"* and that's even if a company has completely ignored the asa during an investigation.

    *The competition must not appear again in its current form./ensure that future promotions were administered fairly and included clear terms and conditions for participants/etc etc
