Actually reading the T&C's, it looks like the 'follow @Sky1' is part of the hashtag to tweet, not actually an instruction - although he didn't do that right either.

Very poorly worded
There is no "and" in the T&C's so it could be argued the requirement was to tweet (which they didn't)

I got a reply today from the ASA who agree that the comp code was broken and they have advised the company on best practice for the future. I guess that means a slap on the wrist and that the winner gets to keep his prizes.
