The site won't let me post the last section re Unlawful penalty at present. I will give admin some time to hopefully sort things out then have another go

You will win anyway, I predict on 'no keeper liability' (a lack of NTK being fatal, as long as POPLA keep up!) or the lack of contract in your copy of the evidence.

    Coupon-mad,

Thankyou, here's hoping. Can you see any glaring errors in what I'm planning to submit?

No, it all looked like a win to me. Nicely argued, they appear to be stuffed.

    Thanks,

I'll email it to Popla today; their wonderful system won't let me log on to send it via the website. Interestingly, when I lodged a formal complaint re this, the response came from one of the Assessors.

I've got my letter from POPLA after having to complain that I couldn't log on to read their decision. My appeal was allowed after Gemini produced an expired contract (ended May 2015), albeit I didn't get a copy in the evidence pack.
I suspect that may be the case for other tickets issued in the Olympic Park, so hopefully this will help others.
The decision hads been posted on the POPLA thread

Many thanks to all who assisted with the appeal wording

I agree with Redx, you really need to report this to the BPA and ISPA:

Glad to hear you won! You must report the breach of the rules though re not showing you the same evidence as POPLA saw. This is happening too often.
