I'll email it to Popla today; their wonderful system won't let me log on to send it via the website. Interestingly, when I lodged a formal complaint re this, the response came from one of the Assessors.0 -
I've got my letter from POPLA after having to complain that I couldn't log on to read their decision. My appeal was allowed after Gemini produced an expired contract (ended May 2015), albeit I didn't get a copy in the evidence pack.
I suspect that may be the case for other tickets issued in the Olympic Park, so hopefully this will help others.
The decision hads been posted on the POPLA thread
