wrong calculation and time limit, 17 at time

Hi All,

I have received a letter from Lloyds after I asked to reassess my loan I had in 1991, when I was 17, in full time work, and part time work. They have offered £380

I had 3 loans looked at in October and got a £900 payout for one of them, the other two were declined, the one in 1991 being one of them, which I why I wanted it re-opened.

I'm posting as the figure doesn't seem right. loan taken out in 1991 and ending in 1997. I know ppi was attached as I was told by LLoyds,

Its taken so long I am thinking of writing to head of PPI, as a Lloyds employee phoned in December asked me some questions about my situation at the time and said 1995, don't know where he got that from.

Any Suggestions? Thanks
