    We've also got an estate charge, currently at £128 per year. Was mentioned reasonably early in the process and since it covers Tennis courts, access etc we felt it wasn't a big deal.

    A little disconcerting to hear they can go up by 500% though, is there no limit on how much they can jack it up?
