Do you get the balance of the factory warranty with Motorpoint? They never advertise this fact.

Do all cars come with a warranty?

All vehicles come with the balance of the manufacturers warranty where available. Customers also have the option to purchase an extended guarantee over either a one or two year period. The price includes all parts, labour & VAT for covers all mechanical and electrical issues

You will get the balance of the manufacturers warranty if it has been serviced within mileage/time

One thing I always advise people to check when buying a car that still has warranty.

Nearly bought a 208 a CG last year then found that it was overdue a service, on time not miles, it was likely the car was traded in or handed back at the end of a lease being a little bit overdue and then the time spent in storage before being sold to CG likely made up the rest of the time.

CG offered to sell me a warranty and I explained that was not the point, I was going to buy a car with a years manufacturer warranty for a reason.

Of even more significance of buying a Kia/Hyundai/Toyota with a 5 or 7 yr warranty, even if they don't have the same coverage as the first three yrs if a big ticket item like the engine was to fail I would expect that to be covered.

But overdue services is just giving the manufacturer a get out.
