Prize T&C’s:

1. Prizes must be redeemed by 30/06/2016. Any other expenses unless specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
2. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any alternative prize.
3. Prizes are non-transferable. Photo identification will be documented when you collect your Love London card and will stored on our system to validate the cardholder upon your future entry.
4. Your Love London card must be shown at the ticket desk to receive your complimentary entry ticket. Card valid until 31/12/2016 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or ticketed events.
5. Winners shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions of entry to The View from The Shard and Love London card terms and conditions which are available to view on the website: www.theviewfromtheshard.com/en/about/tcs/
6. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
7. Love London cards are available for purchase at The View from The Shard ticket desks from 7am on Monday, 25 January 2016 for £20.16 per card. They cannot be purchased online.
8. To qualify, potential card-holders must live in one of the 33 London boroughs and must show a utility or council tax bill in their name (dated within the last 3 months) as proof of address.
9. A Passport or Driving License with a current address will also be accepted as proof of address. Valid Photo ID must also be presented upon purchase of the card.
10. Only one Love London card can be purchased per person and Love London cards cannot be purchased on behalf of someone else.
11. Photo identification will be documented with each purchase and will be stored on our system to validate the cardholder upon future entry.
12. Offer is limited and only available until the cards have sold out.
13. Love London cards go on sale to the general public at The View from The Shard ticket desks from 7am on Monday, 25th January.
14. The viewing platforms will not be accessible until 10am on Monday, 25th January.
15. Visits to The View from The Shard are subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.
16. Entry is for the card holder only and identification will be checked.
17. Card must be shown at the ticket desk to receive your complimentary entry ticket.
18. Visits with the Love London pass are subject to availability on walk-up access only (pass-holder must be present).
19. Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or ticketed events. Card valid until 31/12/2016.
20. The View from The Shard is unable to replace this card if lost or stolen.
