You cant just claim your fees back on a whim. You have to have a valid reason.

1 - What are these fees that you are referring to?
2 - What wrongdoing has the bank done? (i.e. what is your reason for complaint)

Some fee charging accounts have indeed been refunded, but you won't get anything back just because some bloke on the telly said so!

What bank account fees are you hoping to have refunded?

Alternatively, you can follow this link to the main page and see in detail what options may be available to you:

I'm amazed you've been a forum member for seven years and never found your way to the main MSE site?

You do realise Martin Lewis sold this website some years back and is no longer actively involved?

You dont honestly think that do you?

MSE has many positives but it also tends to over simplify for the sake of small TV segments and quick to read articles dumbed down to cater for low knowledge individuals.

Ok. So, that is one of the questions answered. What about the other one?

What wrongdoing do you think the bank has done?

And that is thanks to the contribution of forum members, not the so called journalists that run the site.
