Beware Alpharooms

We booked a Holiday with this Company including transfers.The bus dropped us outside our Hotel which was on a main road.
We were outside the Hotel 30 minuter before pickup for the return journey.
We rang from reception to be told we should have been outside a different Hotel and would have to make our own way to the Airport.
When we checked our instructions it gave the name of an Hotel 3 miles away and said that as this Hotel was inaccessible by bus pickup was an Hotel nearby.
When we told Alpha rooms, they said Holiday Taxis had stated that we were in Reception and that is how we were missed.
Third excuse was that we were on the wrong side of the road.
Hotel were very sympathetic and rang us a taxi.
They gave us a copy of the receipt for £55 and advised us to claim the money back.
Alpha rooms have accepted all their various excuses.
First and last time we book with Alphrooms.

After many Emails pointing out that they had accepted several excuses from Holiday Taxis and that I had contacted ABTA, Alpha rooms have agreed to refund £55.
Definitely worth all the effort!
