Never heard of Secunia - a quick Google suggests it's some sort of security thing for your PC??
There are several more 'known' ones that you could use (AVG/Avast/Bitdefender) and remove secunia.
The title of your message has no relevance to the message that I can see, am I missing something?0 -
Not sure what you mean by cd since Acrobat Reader is a free download from Adobe. Have you tried updating AR ... 'check for updates' should be in the Help menu.... DaveHappily retired and enjoying my 14th year of leisureI am cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.Bring me sunshine in your smile0

It will be secunia PSI (personal software inspector), it compares your installed software to that which is listed in their database and informs you when there is a new version which has security patches for vulnerabilities, it's nothing to do with anit-virus.
Personally I'd ditch the bloated insecure adobe reader for the svelte sumatra reader:

Personally I don't like the 'DC' version but Adobe do seem to be pushing folks to update to it.0 -

Me neither: I tried it, it's far too complex for everyday needs, stick with Adobe Reader XI.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

Well, if they 'provide solutions' then they must be good :rotfl:0
