Raising my home - financial help

Hi
My house was flooded as a result of storm Desmond. I'm strongly considering jacking up my house and raising it a whole floor to create a floodable basement under my home to prevent this from happening again. It's going to cost somewhere in the region of 100k. I was wondering whether anyone knew of any grants - uk or European(?) that I may be entitled to in order help me with this? In the US there seems to be a lot of money available to do this but not sure about any here in the UK? Any help really appreciated! Thanks.
