*NOVASOL will have the final decision on airports and flight times. Please note, transfers and car hire are not included.

The Promotion is a free to enter Prize Draw and there is one Prize to win
The Prize is a voucher for a stay for 4 guests in the Spanish NOVASOL holiday home ID: EML847 (http://www.novasol.co.uk/p/EML847) for 7 nights and there are 2 dates to choose from – accommodation from 26th March 2016 to 2nd April 2016 or from 2nd April 2016 to 9th April 2016
The Prize also includes up to 4 flights to Spain up to a total value of £300 per flight or £1,200, whichever amount is lower, i.e. maximum flight costs per person to be paid by NOVASOL amounting to £300
There will be no cash refund on the flights should the value of the flights be lower than this amount or should the winner not book the holiday
The flights need to be booked by NOVASOL and will be booked at the lowest fares available for one of the above mentioned dates to Spain
The flights will only be paid if the winner stays in a NOVASOL holiday home in Spain and requests the flights before 25th March 2016
It is NOVASOL’s obligation to decide which airports and flight times to choose
The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom
Employees of Family Traveller or Wyndham Worldwide and their group of companies (including RCI Europe), their agents, partners and families are not permitted to enter
Up to one (1) entry per person will be accepted
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available
The Prize Draw is open from the 21th January 2016 and closes on the 11th February 2016 at 23.59pm GMT
Any entries received after this time and date will not be accepted
The Prize Winner will be randomly selected by NOVASOL during February 2016 from all eligible entries received before the closing date
Any incomplete and illegible entries will be considered void and not counted
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete and/or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason
Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the Prize Draw at any time without notice
In order to use the Prize, the Prize Winner must book holiday accommodation with NOVASOL for an arrival date on 26th March 2016 or 2nd April 2016 in Spain. Should the holiday home ID EML847 be booked by any other guests, the winner will receive a voucher in the value of £739
The voucher can only be used for booking holiday accommodation with NOVASOL in Spain and NOVASOL is not liable for any additional costs incurred in relation to the booking, such as car rentals or spending money or costs that may be imposed by the holiday home owner such as linen, electricity etc

By entering this Prize Draw Promotion you agree that your personal data will be used by NOVASOL UK Representative Office for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw

The Prize Winner will be notified by email on or before the 26th February 2016
The Prize Draw Winner’ name and county address will be available from the Promoter’s address (below) upon request and provided a SAE is enclosed
By entering the Prize Draw, the Prize Winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation
The Prize Draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it

Not sure why you'd even need to know this as there is no requirement to contact them by telephone...should you be lucky enough to win!
