Winner announced but sky1 have asked him to follow them so they can DM him, so it's kicking off a bit as they are saying terms said you must follow them

It says in the how to enter bit of the tcs, quote the specific hashtag follow @sky1

There is no "and" in the T&C's so it could be argued the requirement was to tweet (which they didn't)

Either way he wasn't eligible to win, either wasn't following or didn't tweet that phrase, still a loser.

Either he had to tweet that entire line or just the hashtag and follow them
He DIDN'T TWEET "#TryYourLuck follow @Sky1 " so that's out
or they meant tweet the hashtag and follow them, he tweeted the tag but didn't follow.

It's possible that no one tweeted correctly during the very short timescale the competition was open and they simply picked a random winner.
Whatever they did was sloppy on their part from the wording of the T&C's through to winner selection.0
