I am helping with this off forum and will suggest a defence.

excellent , those sc@mmers UKPC have taken a hammering recently so would be good to see them wrong footed yet again

the sooner the fraud squad charge them the better :)
• Your argument is going to be Locus Standi.
You have permission of the landowner to park and can prove this.

IMO, this company is a busted flush and is very unlikely to take you, or anyone else, to court, read this

They are former clampers who have been involved in quite a number of sordid scams. \for example

Hull Trading Standards took them to court on 15 counts of fraud. They won all but one, but only because they had a better lawyer, a Q.C. If I recall correctly

http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=63597

They were bested by a Winchester barrister

They were involved in a large scale scam which resulted in a DVLA suspension

And then of course there was Tracey Kiss

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
• You will need a signed statement of truth from the landowner.
It will need to state :
Who they are.
That they own the title to the land.
That they grant you permission to park upon the land.
That UKPC are agents and he does not grant them any rights of litigation to pursue legal proceedings upon his land where he grants people permission to park upon his land.

Signed and dated.

Enter this with the defence of locus standi and put in a full list of expenses at £18 per hour for preparing your case, plus lost wages plus travel.
