Renault warrenty garage usless

We purchased just before xmas a 3.5 renault master 2014 with 28kmiles, it had been converted into a Horsebox.
2 weeks ago it started making a whining noise when you went over 49MPH, still being under warrenty we took it to Renault last friday, they responded on monday saying the gearbox has had it, we explained that we need the horsebox back on the road ASAP as we use it for our business, no box no income.
We got told they have to finalise it and it could take a few days, however todays phone call resulted in them saying that they were taking 'photos' of the gearbox to send to the technical team for them to confirm! How can someone tell by a photo if the gearbox had gone?
To top it off, if it is the gearbox it will take another week for one to arrive! In the mean time we have had to cancel all our work the past week and now looks like ut will be the same next week!
They are not being helpful and certainly not rushing, does anyone know where you stand with commercial vehicles?
