As per the the saving email on the 16/5, I have opened and then deposited 3 mths salary with a salary greater than mentioned. RBS are saying I nt eligible for the £100 as not completed a full transfer. Anyone else had any problems with the above and tips to claim the money?

I think you will find that the Bank you have the account with is the Bank of Scotland not RBS.
One of the conditions of the offer was that you had to use their account transfer service to transfer DDs and SOs from your existing account has this been done?

Yes its Bank of Scotland.I also was refused £100 as I had not transfered DDs. Could'nt be bothered to argue,so closed a/c and closed most of my Halifax a/cs. Better interest rates with other societies so a good move.0

yes bank of scotland.
what happens then if you don't have any DD to transfer, discrimination I believe. One for the EU courts?0 -

I opened an account on line, paid in WELL OVER the required £1000- and set up and used bill payments but no actual company direct debits. Will this be considered sufficient argument if I try arguing?- any previous successes out there? No reliance should be placed on the above.0 -
Hang on here... did you all use the switching service, if not then no you're not eligible.
They send you a letter detailing all the SO's and DD's if you have them. You then decide which ones you wish to transfer. If there weren't any DD's set up then there are non to transfer.
Where's the rip off. You either did or didn't comply with the terms and conditions.
We've got three things here..
1) the name of the bank quoted is wrong
2) set up bill payments. What's that got to do with it?
3) Isn't this a C/A we're talking about and not Savings and Investments... Wrong place..
I mean come on... You'll be blaming the banks for you not knowing what day of the week it is next...0
