Finance Car not on credit file

Hi all
Was looking for a bit of advice on why my car that I have on finance is not on my experian credit file. As I have also been looking at giving the car back to the finance company due to needing a bigger car, will this affect my credit score as it is not showing on my credit report.

Is it one or both of your other credit files?

I have not checked the other credit files just experian does this mean that it can be on the others anyways?

Yes. All three are independent of each other and lenders choose who to report to.

And as a positive, you can check the others for free.

Noddle for Callcredit and Clearscore for Equifax and they will also give you your Randomly Generated Numbers at no extra charge :cool:
