Travel insurance - referred to a specialist

So i'm going on holiday to USA in just over a month. Last year i kept getting quite large blood blisters on my tongue and cheeks (they would pop and turn to small ulcers), wasn't serious but caused some discomfort and went on for a while (probably get one once a week sometimes less).
Had a talk with my dentist and he referred me to a specialist, who didn't really have much clue, just said these things may happen and we don't know the exact problem and sent me for a blood test and gave me some tips to help with discomfort.
Blood test came back and everything was normal and i have a follow up meeting in the next week or so. Since the last check up the problem has almost disappeared (think i've had one in last 2 months). I was never given an exact name for the problem.
So now comes time to filling in the holiday insurance forms and it asks if i have been referred to a specialist in the last 12 months and what was my pre-existing condition.
How should i go about answering it as i have been to a specialist with no proper diagnosis as everything came back normal (plus the fact the problem has now gone) and the closest medical condition on the list is probably mouth ulcers, or would they need something specific? should i bring it up in my follow up next week and will the dr know an answer?
Anyone had the same situation?
Thanks

Personally id go with mouth ulcers. I cant see how if investigations came back clear that it would be anything else unless you have been otherwise informed?£2 Savers Club #156!

Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0
