Contact them yourself and offer to pay back the refund, it will mean you can go on with your life and not worry about when the money will be asked for back.0

Give the poor OP a break! She missed out on a lovely holiday to Tunisia, and had to make do (if the hotel's she revieved on Tripadvisor are anything to go by) with holidaying in Birmingham instead!
That sort of disappointment could wear away anybody's moral fibre

In complete fairness to the OP but there are probably more than 1 people who she could be...Give the poor OP a break! She missed out on a lovely holiday to Tunisia, and had to make do (if the hotel's she revieved on Tripadvisor are anything to go by) with holidaying in Birmingham instead!

I was under the impression that OP was Canadian (not from southend-on-sea), not least because their first forum post mentioned compensation in dollars and United Airlines (who very conveniently fly from London, Ontario, to Tunis for around £800+ which would kind of link to a $700 compensation amount especially if Canadian dollars which is about £340 in the queen's money)
May be the same Birmingham person you discuss, not 100% sure.0 -
Surely its the credit card she should be refunding anywayDon't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
