There is one prize draw, with one winner. The winner will receive a prize of one £1000 Thomson Travel Gift Card.
2. Promotion starts 00:01 18th January 2016 and closes 23:59 1st February 2016.
3. Open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
4. One entry per person. Group entries will not be accepted.
5. Internet access is required. Only online participation via Facebook or Twitter is allowed. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Facebook or Twitter entry routes.
6. To enter, you must share a story about something nice that has happened to you on Facebook or Twitter – using #BlooMonday and @BlooHappyLoo – within the timeframe of the promotion.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, delayed, corrupted or lost for any reason whatsoever.
8. There are no prize alternatives and the prize cannot be transferred.

10. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the draw via the Facebook or Twitter account used for the entry. If the winner has not responded to notification within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original.
11. The winner will receive 1 Thomson Travel Gift Card loaded with £1000. This prize may be subject to change without notice. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winners with the nominated prize, the promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value to the nominated prize.
12. By entering the Promotion entrants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or image, statements made by the entrant concerning the Promotion and/or prizes.
13. To receive the prize winner’s details, send a stamped self-addressed envelope marked ‘Win a Thomson Travel Gift Card’ to the Promoter’s address within one month of the promotion closing date.
14. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The data supplied will only be used for the purpose of the administration of this draw unless you have chosen to opt-into receive further information / offers from the Promoter.
