I'm trying to fix a problem on my boss's computer.

When she clicks on a email hyperlink in Outlook express she gets 60 email browsers opening up and freezing.

I have tried the windows explorer folder options fix but the mailto protocol is not there!

It's not even in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Mailto
or
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto

How can I fix this?
