Unknown debt on credit report

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to get help but...
Basically, my partner and I currently rent a property and are considering looking into a mortgage; so we both decided to check our credit scores to see how we could improve them.
I understand mine, however, my partner has never had credit.. A loan, credit card etc.. But on his credit report it lists that he has outstanding credit of £1268 with MBNA and the same double default with Arrow global.
This is the first he has ever heard of these and we are extremely concerned and worried where they have both come from.
Do you have any advice??
Thanks

These debts could have been linked with her in error if they have been incurred by someone with a similar name. CRA's can be notoriously bad at ensuring they don't make such mistakes. Speak with the CRA in the first instance. If they can't resolve it you will need to contact MBNA and Arrow Global.0
