Best savings option

I am saving for a wedding and need somewhere to leave the cash where it can earn some interest. I need to be able to access it. I already have a bank account with the relevant incentives I need though. I don't think I can open another current account. Any advice on what is best to do in the current market of low rates and if there is a better option?

You can have as many current accounts as you wish, there's no need to limit yourself to just one.
Nationwide's FlexDirect pays 5% interest for 12 months; they also have a regular saver paying 5%

What current account(s) do you have? There are plenty of Current Accounts offering decent interest. Some banks will only allow 1 account in your sole name (TSB), but others allow multiple accounts (Tesco, Bank of Scotland Vantage.) You can have accounts across different providers, as the majority on here do.
The Nationwide FlexClusive regular saver is probably best if you meet their main account criteria.0
