UK Passport Charges - Increase/Decrease Due ??

Does anyone know if the prices for UK passports are due to change anytime soon ?
Our passports are due to expire at the start of October and although we could renew them now (no travel plans at the moment), we don't want to if they are likely to reduce the price again. Also, if price increases are due we might as well renew early.
Has anyone heard anything ?

There are no plans at the moment - last time there was a price change it was reduced by £5.00
Any changes usually occur in September0 -
