Spotlights on track wire?

My oh has been recommended to get spotlights on a wire, eg double wires .
We are replacing very poor light fixtures Where the bulbs are very difficult to get out ( have to use a tool?), and it's a room with no windows .
Can any electricians offer advice?
At the moment the last sparky fixed them on hideously un-attractive wooden plinths which he " crafted " ( didn't see them until afterwards.)
Who sells wire spotlight tracking and what should we look for ?
Thank you.

Lighting shops eg

Note that the spotlights have to be extra-low-voltage with a transformer as the wires are exposed.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I have used lighting styles on several occasions and would recommend them. Not the cheapest but good quality0
