Barclaycard question...

Barclaycard question...

Normally I get an email to say my online statement is ready & I can view it straight away & comes to me in the post a few days later....

Now I get an email to say my statement will be available in 48 hours...

why has this changed?? Barclaycard say it's due to large number of customers is this true??

So for example statement date is 17th Jan (Normally can view it on the 17th) but will be available 19th Jan (2 Days later)

Also what dose everyone think of the new Statement layout?? anyone have pic of layout? (Personal info blanked out)

My BC did this yesterday. I was still able to pay it as my minimum payment was showing even though the statement still hasn't generated.
    SP 9#531=£620/SP 10 # 531=?PDBX 2016 #2 = £16,766.67/£12,000
    PDBX 2017 #2 = £1,200/£12,000

Thanks my statement date was 19th jan & it just greyed out saying they are producing it & will be ready soon... So is yours ready to view or have you got to wait 48 hours??
  • I knew it was due on the 20th I kept logging in and then last night I noticed the minimum payment was there.

I paid it and the payment is showing on my account but the statement still hasn't arrived. I had an email saying my statement will be in 48 hours.

This is new and I don't know why they re doing it like this though
    SP 9#531=£620/SP 10 # 531=?PDBX 2016 #2 = £16,766.67/£12,000
    PDBX 2017 #2 = £1,200/£12,000

I think it because they have re designed the Statement layout & it's take 48 hours to add it for the first time (Maybe more statements will be the same dunno yet)..

Did you get email about new statement layout?
  • I cant remember if I had an email or not

Are you waiting to pay your monthly CC statement?
