Moss growing on house walls-how to treat?

After all the wet weather we have been experiencing here in Cumbria I have noticed that as well as the paths being mossy there is moss growing on my pebbledashed house walls. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it without damaging the pebbledashing?
I am trying a solution of soda crystals and hot water on the moss on the paths but dare not use this on the walls as it could damage the pebbledash rendering. I thought of using bleach but presume this could also damage the rendering.
Can anyone offer suggestions?

Mild bleach, watered down 10 to 1, should kill it and won't damage the pebbledash in any way.
There are plenty of proprietary moss cleaners / moss killers available too if you have a look around. But home-brand bleach is much cheaper...0
