    If they've got it "instock" (and the meat and dairy properly refrigerated) then I'd buy their wares if it was convenient and cost-saving :)

    I know a person who used to steal-to-order, pretty much anything, and they were in high demand for their services! Obviously that's pretty unethical, and not a service I'd pay for. I also wouldn't want to have contributed to the reason a friend gets arrested for theft, and banned from the local supermarket.
