The point of upgrading is to make things better....?
And why didn't they admit they had lost the account history (as you suggest) when I complained, instead of giving me fatuous platitudes?0 -
IMO life's too short to get everso wound up about incompetent power companies.
You've tried your "experiment" and it's failed - don't get upset, move on.
Just give them some sort of reading and hope they get it right. Left to their own devices, most of them are pretty useless.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
