Removing car badge thats superglued on

As above, been told the badge on the car I want to remove was superglued on :mad::mad:
Any ideas people, so not to remove the paint as well??

But if it's a factory fitted badge I'd use fishing line or dental floss.0 -
One problem with that superglue remover:
It may well soften the paint or take it off completely.Do not use on painted surfaces.
I agree with using dental floss as I've done this before (but not on a car badge).0 -

If some numpt has superglued it on, then paint damage is inevitable. Originally, badges are either clipped into holes in the panel, or stuck with double-sided foam tape.0

Expect paint damage or a nice odd section of paint the same size as the badge that has not been weathered and will be a different shade to the rest of the car.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Heat will break up superglue, as will Acetone (nail polish remover) which is affectively the same as super glue remover, but heat can blister paint and Acetone would need to be tested on an inconspicuous area first as some paint finishes might not react well.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
