Hi
I have a HP printer (Deskjet F4500 series). All of a sudden today it stopped printing. When I open the HP solution centre it is telling me one of my cartridges is incompatible.
Both cartridges are generic and have been in the printer for a few months without a problem. I have read that HP have updated firmware to stop their printers using generic cartridges. I dont have automatic updates switched on this computer and havent undated any files recently. The printer is wireless could it have updated without me knowing.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks
