Tfl red route fine

I received a pcn for contravention 46-stopped where prohibited -on a red route or clearway.

I have no recollection of "stopping" other than in the course of driving along the road with cars in front. I did not park. The camera image shows my car on a street.

How can i prove that i was just driving along the road and not stopped?

Without a dashcam or an independent witness? You can't.

The picture you've been sent is almost certainly a still from a video recording. They may send you a few seconds of video if you ask.

That's OK, because it's not a "no parking" offence.

Post the image (redact the plate if you think you must).

Does the image show you in the normal traffic lane or at the kerb?

As has been said, they'll have video, so you do need to be sure.
