I know all acouunts have variable rates, but with this being such a new account, I think that anyone who opens the account within the first 12 months will still get the advertised rates. I cant remeber seeing any of my reg savers ever getting the interest rate dropped to be honest, just a slightly tweaked name was created and it became a different product with a different rate not affecting existing customers.
However, to answer your question ditch and switch if there was sometihng better on offer for my needs.0 -
It's instant-access without penalty, like Lloyds and TSB's regular savers, so it's simple really: as long as it beats the 3% I get with my worst-performing current accounts, I'd continue to use it.0
