Energy Saving Club???!!!

Hi All

So last month I used the ESC to compare and decided to switch, have had smails from them to confirm and even to confirm the cashback today.

Spoke to British Gas and they know nothing of it and I'm still with my old supplier.

Has this happened to anyone? What should I do now? Have I lost out? etc etc.

I have emailed but I am told you are going to pass it to Money Supermarket and they'll have to speak to British Gas and it may take some time, which to be frank I am not happy about as for the last 2 months and going forward I'm stuck on my rubbish plans losing money!!!

Guess it is a case of just wait then, not a happy bunny! Especially when Martin was on Radio 5 going on about all the money you lose by not swapping etc!!!
