I have a couple of high quality power supply units with a DC lead terminated by female two pin sockets. I have a selection of about 20 plugs with the two pin male at one end and a co-axial plug at the other end. What are these little adapters called.
I am finding that even with 20 adapters, I have insufficient to meet my needs. I there a way of defining particular type, e.g. an adapter to fit into the power socket. Is there a numbering scheme for the different types?

I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".
