Is McAfee the most annoying program ever? Help Needed

I have just taken delivery of a new Dell Vostro Laptop which has come installed with McAfee.

I have set up the wireless network and the email account with no problems except this.

McAfee seems to have taken a dislike to binternet.com email adresses and blocks them from sending and tells me there is something wrong with the format of the email adress.

I have disabled most of the McAfee program as i use AVG antivirus and Defender for Spyware etc. I usually use Kerio for a firewall but it is not compatible with Vista and so am using the windows firewall at the moment.

Is there an easy fix for the McAfee problem or should i just uninstall the whole thing.

It send to other email adresses ok and receieves from all but so far it wont send to a btinternet account.

Uninstall and be done with it. McAfee is a vile application.

Thank you Holloway. I have uninstalled the vile offender BUT it still wont send.
Email account settings are exactly the same as on the desktop. My partner and i can send to each other but cannot send to any other email adresses. I can receive from anyone but cannot reply. Message now is from system administrator telling me the messages are undeliverable. I dont understand it!! HELP PLEASE.
