Best Budget / Spend Tracker App?

Hi MSE community,
I'm trying to find a decent budget and spending tracker app for my iPhone, and looking for suggestions.
My trouble is I don't need it for managing personal finances, so I need an app where you can create custom categories and time frames. All of the ones I can find are all pre-programmed for 'Housing, Travel, Groceries' and are based on monthly income/spend.
Any suggestions?
