Eco Miser: Thanks for that info... will look into it but not sure as won't pay in £1500/have dds as don't wanna switch my main account
Colsten I would do that but you can only have 2 TSB 5% saver In your name... 1 sole & 1 joint.. don't think you can close & apply again... think you gotta wait 12 months0 -
Paying £1500 each month into an instant access account containing £4000 is NOT a problem. Finding two DDs isn't much of a problem either. search for Tesco Internet Saver.Eco Miser

1. Read the T&Cs (of both the TSB Classic Plus, and the associated TSB regular saver), and
2. Read the replies you're getting again, until the penny drops!0 -

That is not likely something they will do for you as the FlexBasic is for people who aren't able to get a "real" current account, which clearly doesn't include yourself.
You could, however, ask to downgrade to a FlexAccount. You should ring them (0800 302010) on the day you want to downgrade, and allow about 45 minutes for the call as they will read out a lot of T&Cs to you. Closing the FlexDirect would be a whole lot simpler.0 -
I meant flex account sorry0
