Best course of action

Ok so my files are now clear after a bankruptcy back in 2009, bar noddle who have two defaults showing the wrong date, now way back when I cleaned my files up I made a complaint about creation financial with the ICO and 8 months later got a reply to say that they need to change the dates and they did this, come November 2015 and they have updated the files and now show the original wrong date, I have duly sent noddle the original ICO decision along with bankruptcy paperwork as a dispute but they seem to just send back generic responses.

Now the dates shown are June 2010 so will go off in a few months and knowing how long complaints to ICO take should I just leave them as they are only on noddle and at an address that never gets searched or continue to complain to creation and subsequent complaint to ICO.

Thanks

John
