Loft Easy Vents?

Hi All,
I recently discovered some condensation within my loft; and after some research discovered that there should be more ventilation within the loft space. While researching I came across several recommendations for fitting Easy-Vents ..

Has anyone used the easy vents? What were the results? did fitting them cure the excessive condensation in the loft?

I have had similar issues and fitted some Manthorpe Felt Lap Vents after watching this video on youtube

I only fitted them yesterday morning so have not had them in long but i can feel air coming in through them so hopefully they will do the job. There was less condensation up there this morning but that could just be because it was not as cold last night.

I paid £23 for 10 off ebay and staggered them in the loft as they have done in the video. My thoughts are at £23 I might as well give them a shot before I go for more drastic measures and call in a roofer

When my parents had their loft insulated there was a requirement for additional airflow. They used polystyrene wedges to do essentially the same thing. The loft space has always been dry. The ones on Amazon do seem a little expensive. Have you calculated the amount of free air space you need and how many packs you'll need to achieve it?

I've always fitted soffit vents but I do like the idea of being able to install from inside the loft space as it reduces working at height.

Sent for some Easy Vents off eBay £39 for 10. Vents; The y should be here by Friday? I'll fit them over the week-end.
