Delay in receipt of homebase goods

Hi All,

I ordered 3 pieces of furniture from homebase on 8/10/15, when it arrived 3 pieces were damaged (one from each item). OH phoned up and asked for replacements and said we would pick up from store as packaging wasn't great and likely contributed to the damage. Couple of days later the parts were delivered to home (!), 1/3 damaged. Phoned them back, new part ordered. I've just phoned again today (18/1/16) and they're still waiting for the part, expected delivered some time after 5th Feb. Am I within my rights to complain for the delay, its only a dressing table, nothing hi-tech! Is it best to wait until I've got the replacement piece, and what should I ask for, as technically I'll have what was ordered, just 4 months later than expected.

Many thanks in advance for your help
