I'm I entitled to reject for a full refund?

No I haven't tried the Live chat. I will give the seller the 10 days to supply a replacement and if need to I will contact Amazon via live chat. They were good last time I had a problem. They accepted an order, dispatched it and before it could be delivered it was returned to Amazon. They issued a refund and told me the only way to get the item was to order it again. However it had gone up in price. They agreed to let me pay the original price after complaining.0

It's nice to see a parent not going down the normal stereotypical route of Boys toys for boys, girls toys for girls.
Will also get him ready for doing all his own ironing when he gets in his teens and changes clothes every 5 minutes !
Good luck with your complaint, I have not had any issues with Amazon sorting out replacements/refunds on faulty items. Just don't go in all guns blazing.0

He can have whatever toy he wants within reason, I don't mean spoiling him although I know I do a bit. He has a pink pram, toy washing machine, kitchen along with the typical boys toy of cars. He tends to have phases of liking his cars then he's into washing machines. He also has a pink toy hairdryer which he likes to "dry" my hair with. I really hate the blue for boys and pink for girls. It's really sad to see parents telling children they can't have a toy because it's the "wrong" colour or not for boys/girls.
A colour is just a colour it only has meaning because we attach meaning to it. I'm not remotely a girly woman so why should I expect my son's to only like boys toys? It's crazy.
I like drinking real ale and cider, listening to metal/rock music and tend to prefer action films. I'm also interested in science and technology as well as liking art. Stereotypes are just that, they are a generlisation. Or in other words mainly just balls.
The sad thing is as he gets older those stereotypes will start creeping in because his friends at school will tell him that certain things aren't to be played with because they are not for boys. My aim is to let him play with what he wants for as long as he wants unrestricted from what he is expected to play with. Sorry for the long post, it's something very personal to me heart!0
