Ryanair priority boarding

Hi all,
After having come back from a trip to Bergamo, I was slightly miffed to find our that the priority boarding (which of course you pay for), only allowed us to board the bus first, not the aircraft. Yes, yes, I know it's only 2 quid each, but it's the principle.... Ryanair charge for everything, and so they should at least they should keep to their end of the bargain.
I really don't want to have to call them as their call charges are astronomical, so where can I write?
Thanks.

I know that the Easyjet web site does state that priority boarding does not guarantee you will be off the bus and onto the aircraft first, check if the Ryanair site states this. I would just learn by the experience and dont book it again. In my mind the aircraft cant take off until sll passengers are boarded so why the rush??0

Nothing in the T&C's as far as I can see. In fact quite the oppoiste:
Ryanair operates a free seating policy, so specific seats cannot be pre-booked. However, we operate a priority boarding system which allows you to choose your own seat on board (for safety reasons emergency exit seats can only be occupied by passengers that are able bodied).
Online Check-In/Priority Boarding passengers will be boarded onto the aircraft first.
Passengers who check-in at the airport will then be boarded after the Priority Boarding passengers.
I was split up - but I don't see how that affects things. I paid for a service. I didn't get it. Same as if I am 1kg over the baggage allowance, I will have to pay Ryanair......0 -
When I flew from Stanstead the prioity passengers went straight on the plane first but in Rome and other airports where you have to take a bus to the plane imho it isn't worth paying for . It will only mean you are 1st on the bus and you have to still fight your way to a seat like everyone else.0
